Serving Western New York since 2009, we have proudly provided dependable, compassionate care for pets and peace of mind for their owners. We understand that every client, pet, and home is unique, which is why we offer customized care plans designed around your specific needs.

Unlike many pet care providers, we do not charge extra for multiple pets (up to five pets), mileage, early morning visits, or late evening visits. This often makes our services more affordable for families with multiple pets while still providing the personalized, professional care they deserve.

We offer 20, 30, 45, and 60-minute visits, as well as extended block-time visits when additional care is needed.

If you have unique needs, simply ask. We are happy to create a customized care plan whenever possible.

Insulin Administration, Eye Drops, Pills, Liquid Medication, Topical Ear Medication, Inhalers, and Similar Medication Services

Medication fees are charged in addition to the cost of a regularly scheduled pet care visit. A minimum 20-minute visit is required.

Multiple Pet Surcharges

To help compensate Professional Pet Sitters for the additional time required when caring for larger numbers of pets:

6–10 pets: +$5.00 per visit

11–15 pets: +$10.00 per visit

16–20 pets: +$15.00 per visit

Short Notice Scheduling Surcharges

Short-notice requests require additional scheduling efforts and may be subject to additional fees.

Less than 72 hours’ notice: +$5.00 per visit

Less than 24 hours’ notice: +$10.00 per visit

For major holidays, requests received less than one week before service begins may be subject to additional surcharges.

We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

100% of all surcharge fees are paid directly to the Professional Pet Sitter providing care.

Holiday Surcharges

The following holidays carry a $15.00 per day surcharge:

• New Year’s Day

• Easter

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

The following holidays carry a $10.00 per day surcharge:

• New Year’s Eve

• Christmas Eve

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day (July 4th)

• Labor Day

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Thanksgiving and Christmas bookings.

Payment Information

Payment is due in full before or at the time services begin for existing clients.

For new clients, payment for the first booking is due at the consultation.

Payments can be made conveniently through our secure client portal.

Gratuities

Tipping is never required but is always appreciated.

If you feel your Professional Pet Sitter provided exceptional service, a gratuity of 10–20% of the total invoice is customary within the pet care industry.

All gratuities are paid directly to the Professional Pet Sitter who cared for your pets.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice before the start of a scheduled service period.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the client being responsible for 100% of the scheduled services.

For major holiday bookings, at least one week’s notice is required.

Holiday cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will result in the client being responsible for 100% of scheduled services.

For Thanksgiving and Christmas bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If services are cancelled, there will be no refund or credit of that deposit.

All cancellations must be submitted through your client portal by selecting Schedule and then Submit Schedule Change Request.

Early Return Policy

Because Professional Pet Sitters reserve time specifically for your services and may turn away other requests, there are no refunds or credits for early returns, shortened trips, or last-minute schedule changes once services have begun.

Payment remains due for the original dates scheduled.

A manager is on call outside regular office hours, and the client portal is periodically monitored for urgent matters.

Holiday Office Hours

The office is closed, with a manager on call, on:

• New Year’s Day

• Easter

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

Modified office hours (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) are observed on:

• Presidents’ Day

• Thanksgiving Eve

• Christmas Eve

• New Year’s Eve

Additional Information

• All services are subject to availability.

• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• All services are subject to applicable sales tax.

• All gratuities and surcharge fees are paid directly to the Professional Pet Sitter who cared for your pets.
